Webinar: ‘Psychological reactions caused by the COVID-19’
Western Caspian University hosted a webinar entitled ‘Psychological reactions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in society’.
The webinar conducted by Dilbar Bahmanli, Teacher at the Department of Pedagogy & Psychology, focused on the emotional state of people in extreme conditions, the psychological reactions of Covid-19, people’s attitudes to Covid-19, stress and adaptation issues, psychological debriefing, relaxation, self-confidence, voluntary self-regulation, meditation, kinesiology, etc. The issues of regulation of these reactions were discussed.
