WCU Students at Institute of Petrochemical Processes
A group of students studying Ecology at Western Caspian University took experimental laboratory classes at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The Head of the Department of Ecology & Environment, Professor T.A. Poladova informed students on the methods of treatment of oil-contaminated water. Students tested the accumulation of a thin layer of oil with synthesized surfactants in laboratory experiments.
The students also visited the museum of academician Yusif Mammadaliyev operating under the IPP of ANAS.
