On November 23-24, he presented his reports in regard to "Comparative Analysis of State-Building and Nation-Building from Ceasefire to Victory in Azerbaijan" at the XXV Republican Scientific Conference of Doctoral Students and Young Researchers organized by the Institute of Education.
